The chances are that you have heard many words describing mental health or wellbeing. There are so many words to describe how we feel about ourselves, what we think about ourselves, and how we act towards ourselves, and it’s conceivable therefore that people associate different meanings (positive or negative) with them. The application of the framework applied throughout the Self-Healing Course and Neuro Coach & Mentor Program is a wholistic and universal approach and for ease of reference, the term ‘Mental health / wellbeing’ is used collectively to encompass and refer to aspects such as self-worth, self-esteem, self-confidence, self-love, self-compassion, self-image, self-value, self-belief, self-care, self-forgiveness, self-respect, self-acceptance, unprocessed trauma or emotions and negative limiting beliefs, and so the list goes on. Anything that causes hurt, pain and suffering!
We know what it feels like and understand what you are going through. Between us, we have independently experienced most of the above … to the point of having lived unhappy and unfulfilled lives. We progressively sought assistance and support from influential teachers, psychologists, doctors, priests, spiritual / transformational healers, and so many more practitioners in this field … never seeming to quite find the answers we sought from each of these interventions, on their own. Following all these initiatives and the associated cost thereof, we concluded that one single intervention on its own was not sufficient to help us successfully understand and navigate our journey to mental wellbeing. Our individual experiences led us to conclude that the answers we sought lay in a combination of (what we believed to be) the most practical and usable aspects of each intervention. It was this awareness and the application of these aspects that guided and assisted us to successfully create and nurture a healthy, happy and fulfilling life and relationship. This has and is still our journey and can be your journey too!

At no point do we want to forget the pain and hardships that we endured on our respective journeys, as it is these very experiences that motivate us to share what we have learnt, so that we can in turn guide and assist you.

This brings us to our approach …. which is NOT one dimensional, but multidimensional. We use aspects of teachings by many specialists in this regard, life coaching, transformational coaching, alternative healing and various techniques and tools acquired from many modalities, to help create awareness in you and to guide, support and empower you to nurture your life and workplace experiences moving forward. Our Course and Coaching methodologies are holistically based and aim to consciously empower you to manage and nurture your life moving forward, so that you can become the best version of yourself … for yourself, for your partner, children, family, friends and work colleagues.

As previously mentioned, we as YOUR GUIDES, have both experienced first-hand the benefits of what an immersive multidimensional approach to nurturing your life can do for you, and we want to help guide you to start your journey to reaching the same level of success within your life.
