- Human Resources Expertise – Michael has 35+ years in Human Resources, he has in depth knowledge and understanding of how employee disengagement impacts productivity, safety, and culture. In addition, he also has organisational experience in interacting with employees across all levels, functional disciplines, and understands the importance organisational culture, vision, mission and objectives - the ‘best and most appropriate fit’ to guide, support, align and balance the needs of the employees and that of the organisation.
- Direct Involvement and Empowerment - Unlike traditional Employee Assistance Programs, that deal with specific isolated scenarios and outside of organisational knowledge, culture, vision, mission and objectives, InnaSerenity is involved in not only assisting employees to deal with current workplace, life and relationship challenges, but too, empowers employees to manage future challenges. In addition, InnaSerenity assists in the empowerment of employees to realign with organisational culture, vision, mission and objectives. We’re not just another Employee Assistance Programme that drops in, treats a symptom, and leaves. We provide practical human-focused solutions.
- Practical Tools – Our Self-Healing and Relationship Courses, and Neuro Coach & Mentor Programs assist and support employees to address workplace, life and relationship challenges. The respective interventions empower employees to self-regulate and stay resilient long term. In addition, the Self-Healing Neuro Coach & Mentor Program promote employee realignment to organisational culture, mission, vision and objectives.
- Inernal Empowerment – We are available to partner with Human Resources and Talent Management to establish a holistic Company Mental Wellbeing Strategy. We are available to coach and mentor the Human Resources Managers, in order to accelerate their development into the field of coaching, by openly sharing our knowledge, framework, tools and expertise. The aim is to strengthen the existing resources from within.
- Alignment to Company Culture – Unlike external providers, and as part of our framework, we will assist the employees to reconnect with the organisation’s vision, mission, values, and objectives.
This is achieved through InnaSerenity’s proposed partnership with an organisation: 
 - InnaSerenity: Offers and creates a space that is safe, sacred and non-judgmental – a space where employees feel safe to share their workplace, life and relationship difficulties and challenges – a space where vulnerability is encouraged and supported – the first step to mental wellbeing healing.
- Self-Healing & Relationship Courses: InnaSerenity offers online flagship courses, at discounted rates to organisations, the employees and their respective families, empowering them to start their journey to self-healing (mental wellbeing) and relationship unity. To heal from past trauma, and to deal with current workplace, life and relationship challenges, while equipping them with lifelong tools for resilience. Yes, these courses are employee funded and should an organisation, as their social responsibility and in support of their greater holistic wellbeing strategy, wish to promote and encourage mental wellbeing in the workplace, organisations may agree to offering payment terms, possible subsidies or even offset such cost against an incentive payment or a 13th cheque, awarding an employee or their respective family members the opportunity to gain easy access to these online mental wellbeing initiatives.
- Neuro Coach & Mentor Programs: InnaSerenity also offers one-on-one online coaching to help employees to heal from past trauma, and to manage current workplace, life and relationship challenges, and as an extra value-added benefit – guiding and assisting employees to realign to company culture, vision, mission and objectives. Likewise, this initiative is employee funded. However, and should organisations, as their social responsibility and in support of their greater holistic wellbeing strategy, wish to promote and encourage mental wellbeing in the workplace, they may agree on offering payment terms, possible subsidies or even offset such cost against an incentive payment or a 13th cheque, awarding employees or their respective family members the opportunity to gain access to InnaSerenity’s virtual Neuro Coach & Mentor Programs.
- Partnership with Human Resources: InnaSerenity is available to partner and act as an extension to the Human Resources and Talent Management Departments, to support, and engage employees, all within in a safe and non-judgmental space.
- Internal Neuro Coach Development: InnaSerenity is further available to support organisations to build their own pool of certified internal coaches, ensuring sustainability and alignment with company objectives and culture. The intention is to develop existing resources to provide a greater supportive role in terms of employee mental wellbeing. Simply by virtue of the nature and role of Human Resources, it is important to build long term and internal sustainability to support mental wellbeing at grass roots level.
- InnaSerenity also offers general support in embedding a Company Mental Wellbeing Strategy, similar to the Company’s safety strategy and culture.
