Our Journey
We as your guides, have both experienced first-hand the benefits of what an immersive, multidimensional approach to self-healing, mental wellbeing and relationship unity can do, and as your guides we want to help guide you to reach the same level of success in your journey towards your mental wellbeing and / or relationship unity. This is the very reason why we created InnaSerenity, and in particular our Self-Healing and Relationship Courses (Self-help) together with our Self-Healing and Relationship Neuro Coach & Mentor Programs. The aim of the courses and coach /mentor programs are to help you grow, and to become more consciously connected to yourself and or your partner. Our unique immersive and multidimensional approach, together with the tools and resources that we share with you, was the start of our journey to happiness, mental wellbeing and relationship unity … and may very well be the start to your life-long mental wellbeing and / or relationship unity journey.

You don’t need to envy that which we have, as you have the opportunity to emulate what we did to get it.
For many years, we struggled with mental wellbeing difficulties and relationship challenges, and it got to a point, when we decided “no more!”, and this became the start to our respective journeys, to living a happy and fulfilled life and relationship.
How many times have you heard people say, “I’m constantly feeling or being hurt, and I can do nothing about it” or “My life and / or relationship is a mess and I have to live with it” or “I’ve been trying to figure this out but I’m going round and round and getting nowhere” or “I’ve tried changing a behaviour which does not serve me or to learn something new, but I don’t seem to be able to see it through”. When this happens, people are often seeing only a part of the picture and focusing solely on the mental or thinking parts of themselves … or they have not approached it correctly and have given up before realising their true desires.

Periodically throughout our lives (Lee and Michael - your guides), we have had to deal with numerous crises and adversities, be it in troubled relationships, difficult experiences involving family or work, be it past or present trauma, all of which resulted in hardship, hurt, lack of self-worth, stress, panic attacks, burn-out and possibly bouts of depression too. Yes, we too have dealt with these crises and adversities in our lives, as best as we knew how to, and nothing seemed to work / change. The patterns simply repeated themselves and the hardship and hurt continued. We love the quote from Albert Einstein, “You cannot solve problems with the same thinking that created them!!” It was only when we came to the realization that we were not adequately equipped, or did not have the requisite knowledge, to change our reality, that change started to take place in our lives. What did we know about living a happy and fulfilled life and relationship? What essential piece of the puzzle were we missing? What was preventing us from living a happy and fulfilled life and / or relationship?
As we previously mentioned, we struggled for many years with mental wellbeing and relationship challenges, and it was only when we finally decided “no more!” … that our respective healing journeys to living a happy and fulfilled life and relationship unity, started. We do admit that this process did not happen overnight, and our journey is and will continue to be a ‘work-in-progress’. Unbeknown to us, it was during these times of hurt and pain that our journey to mental wellbeing and relationship unity started. It was by chance that our journey to living a happy and fulfilled life followed an immersive transformation model. It was throughout our difficult experiences that we immersed ourselves into reading and listening to the teachings of many influential people, and we embarked on many online and in-person courses, all culminating in us changing the way we think … and ultimately the way we now approach life and relationships. As part of this immersive process, we also spent time with psychologists and visited spiritual, religious and energy healers and more. All these initiatives played a small part in our transformation into a happy and fulfilled life and relationship. It was this immersion into a multidimensional approach that brought us to the realization of how to transform and to ultimately live a happy and fulfilled life. It was a defining moment in our lives, when we came to the realization that a single approach to transformation is not ideal and possibly not sustainable to foster life-long change.
We have absolutely no doubt that each of the various ‘healing’ modalities had a role to play, and the more modalities we used, the greater the opportunity we gave ourselves to realise our desires. Through these very experiences we realised that an immersive and multidimensional approach promotes everlasting change. This is the very reason why we are sharing our path to healing with you, and the reason for making this available in our courses, as it contains multiple approaches and teachings about transformation, and how to go about facilitating the change that is required for you to ultimately live a happy and fulfilled life and relationship. Our goal is to help you create the awareness that change is possible, to share tools to facilitate change, and to expose you to a multi-dimensional approach to change, so that you can use a combination of these modalities to improve your thoughts and consequently live the life and relationship you desire.
We don't pretend to have all the answers. However, we do have the answers as to how we benefited from this transformational process of immersion and the use of a multidimensional approach to healing, towards living a happier, healthier, wealthier, and more meaningful life and / or relationship. We are living proof of such change. How we now view life and relationships has changed our lives. Throughout our lives we experienced suffering, we were stressed out of our minds, unhappy, hurt, having low self-worth, struggling with past trauma, negative limiting beliefs and we possibly entered a state of depression too. We were certainly not in a good space and felt stuck not knowing what to do. We don't wish to be too dramatic about our situations and think that we've all been there at some point or another … and if you haven't felt stuck in your life yet, it's only a matter of time before you will. It’s a natural part of modern-day life, and it forms part of your life path journey which you are on. Throughout our courses, we share that which helped us, the learnings of specialists in this field, ideas for creating awareness in how one thinks, and how you can use this to transform and create the happy and fulfilled life and relationship you desire. We’re simply just openly sharing that which worked for us, and we are sharing our journey, our immersion principle, our multidimensional approach, and the tools which have become part of our life-long journey to happiness and relationship unity. In short, we are sharing what worked for us, nothing more. It's up to you to decide what you're going to do with it.
